Let's Train Those New Guides - Part 1/2

  1. Safety First. Are there any tricky parts of your route, or intersections that could be problematic if not crossed safely? Make sure your new guides know these places, and are properly trained on how you want them to guide in these specific hot-spots
  2. Make sure you communicate your company values and culture to your new guides. Give them the induction and the training they need to keep to your high standards. Follow them. Take an interest in what they do and say out there. Make them feel valued and part of your team.
  3. Do your guides know about Cycle Cities? Do they know how to explain it to their customers? If you have our branded helmets, this video is for guides to watch...
